Relax Inn Hotel, St. Paul's Bay

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to restaurants and public transport. The rooms are clean and of a normal size but would benefit from some maintenance. The service provided was great, with helpful staff, especially RACHELE at reception. The dining options were satisfactory but could use some updates. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Bugibba Malta.

I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights with a Bed and Breakfast package, and I had a room with a Balcony and Sea View. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, making my stay pleasant overall. However, some aspects felt basic and not fully functional. The service was excellent with polite and very helpful staff, offering a variety of services like room service, car hire, housekeeping, laundry, and tours assistance. The location was handy for getting around, although it could get noisy, so choosing a room away from the street is a great bonus for peace and quiet. The dining experience, while offering a comfortable setting, could do with some updates in terms of variety and ambiance. Despite this, the hotel is a good value for the money paid.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean, just above the street with a balcony and AC, although not exactly like in the pictures. The service was exceptional, particularly from Maria, Zivanka, and others who were incredibly sweet and helpful. The location, while seeming a bit forgotten on the street, turned out to be excellent, close to the center and the beach. The dining experience offered a varied continental breakfast, although a bit repetitive each day. Overall, a good value for money with friendly staff and a great location.
